Group Study Room A and Group Study Room B are located on the Main Floor of the LIU Post Library.
Group Study Room Policy
- Group Study rooms are for group reservations only with a minimum number of two participants.
- Only current LIU students have group study room reservation privileges using a valid LIU email address.
- Reservations are required to use the Group Study Room. They may be made up to 14 days in advance.
- Verification will be sent to your LIU email after a reservation request is submitted.
- The requester will receive confirmation via email with booking information and an option to cancel the reservation.
- There is a two-hour-time limit on use of a Group Study Room.
- Check in when entering the Group Study Room with a reservation.
- Check out and vacate the room when the reserved period is up.
- Reservations will be canceled automatically if the users do not check in within 15 minutes of their reservation start time.
- Please cancel the reservation via the confirmation link if the room is no longer needed or the group cannot meet the minimum number for a booking.
- Please respect fellow students by conducting quiet discussions.
- Lights must remain on at all times while room is in use.
- Clean up after each use and leave the room ready for the next group.
